Fire Safety Course (FSC)
Brief Overview:
The fire safety course is intended for
any person who is expected to respond to
a fire alarm or may actually be
confronted by a real fire and may be
required or have the opportunity to use
a fire extinguisher.
This fire safety course is based on the
requirements of The Regulatory Reform (Fire
Safety) Order 2005.
Course Description:
This course is suitable for those who are expected to respond to a fire alarm or member of staff who needs to know how to use a fire extinguisher effectively.
Aims of the Course:
The course aims to provide the student with the knowledge and skills to be safe, prompt and effective in responding to a fire alarm and to use if necessary a fire extinguisher effectively.

Course location:

Frequency:
Every 3 years
Any associated award:
Continuous assessment by trainer and a training provider certificate valid for three years
